For orders within the mainland United Kingdom, there is no additional charge for delivery.
Before your order is dispatched, the balance payment is required to complete it. We will keep you updated on your order's progress and provide a convenient delivery schedule that suits you.
Collection from our workshop is most welcome by arrangement, providing the perfect opportunity to view the Robert James collection in the gallery and explore the wonderful Jurassic Coast.

Timeframes
Every stage of our sculptures' creation is carried out by hand, and as a result, nothing is rushed. Our focus is firmly on the quality of our craftsmanship, ensuring it will last for the many years it's designed for. We hope you will agree that it's worth the wait!
Because each piece is handmade to order, hot cast bronze typically takes approximately 16 to 24 weeks and cold cast bronze typically take approximately 12 to 16 weeks.
That said, we endeavour to deliver your order in the shortest timeframe possible. There are also occasions when we will have a sculpture in stock, allowing a much faster turnaround.
Please note that our delivery times may increase significantly for orders placed during the RHS show dates due to increased demand.
Installation
Installation and correct placement are important factors when choosing a location for your sculpture. In particular, keep your sculpture away from large trees that might drop branches!

International Delivery
The Robert James Workshop has the ability and the experience to deliver your order anywhere in the world, and as such, we have a number of overseas customers.
If you live outside the United Kingdom mainland or are an overseas customer and have your heart set on a particular sculpture, please get in touch with James to discuss your needs.
Alternatively, if you wish to go ahead and place an order, please select the 'Overseas' option in your basket, and we will get in touch with you to discuss the costs and options for your country and location. We can then organise safe delivery of your order using our fully insured air freight service.
