FAQs

How often should you change the water in my Mr. Jeremy Fisher bronze water feature?

We’d heartily recommend changing the water in your Mr. Jeremy Fisher bronze water feature at least once a month. A general rule of thumb: the cleaner the water, the slower the spread of algae.

Should a Mr. Jeremy Fisher bronze water feature be left on all the time?

To save energy, try using a timer or switching off your Mr. Jeremy Fisher bronze garden water feature when it’s not in use or at night time, particularly if you’re going to be away for an extended period. Even the smartest frogs can't catch a trout at night!

Can you leave a Mr. Jeremy Fisher bronze water feature out in winter?

A garden water feature of any kind will require extra care during the winter months, and it’s vital they are drained-off fully before the frost sets in. Any water that remains in the pipes will freeze, expand, and even cause the pipes to burst. This may also result in the castings failing. This will hugely impact your beloved amphibian's ability to catch his fish supper.

How often should my Mr. Jeremy Fisher bronze water fountains be cleaned?

A frog of considerable standards, your Mr. Jeremy Fisher water fountain will require cleaning once a month.

Will the water make the bronze water feature rust?

You're in luck! As bronze contains little or no iron, Mr. Jeremy Fisher will not rust.

Where should my Mr. Jeremy Fisher water feature be placed?

A bronze water feature is wonderfully robust, meaning there's plenty of scope when it comes to the placement of your Mr. Jeremy Fisher garden water feature.

As well as the practical considerations—for instance, it will need to be positioned in reach of a mains water supply—think about where you’re going to get the most visual pleasure from its placement. Whether it's in the eye line of a favourite bench, or installed with the view from your large bay windows in mind; there's plenty of opportunity to creative.
